What if I make a booking and need to change or cancel it?
Bookings are secured by way of credit card however the card is not debited until the day of the Services. We understand not everything goes to plan and a booking needs to be changed – there is no cancellation fee providing 24 hours’ notice is given. Bookings can be altered with just 4 hours’ notice.
Are your staff all trustworthy in my home?
Absolutely, you are trusting us to come into your Home or Office and we absolutely respect that.
All SOS Team members are reference checked and have a National Police Check which is renewed every 3 years.
Can I book the same person ongoing?
Definitely, one of the key differences about SOS is that we use our best
What if I'm not happy with the end result?
We
You can be assured that we will have someone out to rectify the issue without delay. Vacate type cleans need to have any issues raised within 8 hours of the clean.

Do I have to pay upfront?
One-off type Bookings ( Vacate, Spring etc) are secured by a Credit Card.
The Card is not charged until the day of the Service
