How do we get started if my parent has a Home Care Package?
Call 1300 788 246 or email info@dontstress.com.au. Give us your parent's HCP Provider details and package level. We'll contact the Provider directly to set up the billing and arrange the first visit. No paperwork needed from the family.
Can we self fund cleaning if my parent doesn't have a package yet?
Yes. Many families arrange private cleaning while waiting for an HCP assessment or between package levels. Same team, same service, direct billing to the family.
Do you invoice HCP Providers directly?
Yes. Direct billing to every major Sydney HCP Provider on their standard invoicing format. Certificate of Currency ($20M public liability) available for supplier setup.
Will Mum or Dad have the same cleaner every visit?
Yes. This is our default for aged care clients. Continuity matters when someone is older, hearing impaired, or living with early stage dementia. We match your parent with a cleaner who fits their home, pace, and personality.
Are your cleaners trained for working with older clients?
Yes. Every cleaner assigned to aged care completes additional training on respectful conduct, dementia awareness, mobility considerations, and communication with hearing impaired clients. They're briefed on your parent's specific needs before the first visit.
What if Mum has a bad day and doesn't want the clean that day?
Zero cancellation penalty for aged care related cancellations with 4 hours notice. Older Australians have quiet days. We understand and reschedule to the next best day.
